Why Do I Need A DIY Pre-Cut Tint Kit?
Tinting your windows with Ceramic tint will greatly improve the AC efficiency of your machine while offering you additional relief from the heat. This will give you peace of mind year-round with UV protection, IR protection, and glare reduction. Each kit gives you the option to add 2 practice pieces of tint that are duplicates of a window on your machine. These practice pieces will give you the confidence needed to move forward with your tint project.
Did you know?
Did you know factory window tint isn’t tint? Factory-tinted glass contains dyes that are mixed into the glass itself during manufacturing. These dyes darken the glass color and prevent some visible light from passing through the windows, but offer little to no UV (Ultraviolet) protection or IR (infrared radiation) Rejection.
While having factory darkened glass can seem convenient and cost effective for a new car owner, it is not protecting them from UV rays or blocking heat transfer. Our ceramic window tint kits will help protect all the occupants of the vehicle, especially our tiniest passengers from the summer heat and harmful UV rays. Best of all, you can tint right over factory darkened glass meaning if you enjoy the factory look, just add 70%, virtually clear, ceramic tint for the needed protection without the hassle of tint removal.
What We Do:
Cutting tint to the correct shape, size, and curves is the most challenging part of tinting glass. Here at DIY PRECUT TINT, we take care of that for you. Our precut tinting kits are cut with precision with our computer cut plotters using digital patterns. We only use high quality well respected name brand automobile tint in our precut tint kits, like found at your local tint shops.
Be mindful of Dirt-Cheap tint kits found on popular selling sites and auction sites. Cheap tint is extremely difficult to work with and install due to its cheap manufacturing and cheap materials. Cheap tint will discolor and fade in a short time as well as peel and bubble. We've all seen that car going down the road with bubbles under the tint and faded looking purple and peeling from the corners. Don't let that happen to your machine.
